For bird-watchers, nature lovers, photographers, hikers even climbers this area has it all. See the wild boar trails and walk among the wild flowers in spring.

The all-inclusive price for a weeks rental varies between 350 and 500 Euros per week. Short breaks of two nights or more are also available for most of the year.
The house consists of a wheelchair friendly ground floor with double bedroom en-suite. Upstairs there is a single room and a twin room with childs anti-room, and a further shower room.

Beamed roof terrace, patio and small pool, enclosed garden and lovely views all add up to a private and peaceful spot. Sit on the patio with binoculars and watch the noisy bee-eaters, swallows and house martins, kingfishers and birds of prey.

The hamlet has few permanent residents and although it is situated on the road from Fuensanta de Martos to Castillo de Locubin it is very peaceful. Absorb the silence and hear the birds singing what more do you need to relax and get away from it all?

Take your car out to explore further afield - Sierra Morena, Sierra de Cazorla, Spain's largest natural park, Segura and Las Villas, Sierra de Andujar and Sierra Magina are all accessible from here.

Sit on the patio and enjoy the hill views of Caracolera and Sierra Ahillo at 1451 metres, explore the winding lanes and discover the Reservoir of Las Casillas.

Visit the Renaiasance cities of Baeza and Ubeda, see the Moorish architecture in Cordoba and Granada or the enormous cathedral of Jaen are all within a day trip away, as are Andujar, Cazorla, Zuheros with the Cuevas de Murcilagos - bat caves and the pretty town of Priego de Cordoba.

The English owners, Nick and Rachel, live ten minutes away, they have been in the area for eleven years and are happy to be of help.

A welcome pack is not included, but a shopping service is available. Have what you want and what you order waiting on your arrival. There is no charge just the receipt to pay.
