Carmen welcomes you to Pisón de Fondón in the heart of Asturias, a province famous throughout Spain for its natural beauty, stunning wildlife and country traditions.
Here, with her partner Jason and two children, Ester and Nicolás, she runs a small country guest house. The house is fully restored using traditional materials and environmentally-friendly products. The thick stone walls mean that it is cool in the summer and, with the log-burning stove going, it is cosy in the winter.
There is a lot to explore in this frequently-overlooked area of Spain and we find that many of our guests return year after year. The peaceful tranquility of the mountain valleys, where the only sound may be the bells of the cattle, encourages a sense of intimacy with the environment.
We offer a range of services to suit the needs of our clients and can provide detailed, up-to-date and reliable information on a full range of options for a holiday that suits your tastes. Whether you are interested in relaxing in peace and quiet or pursuing active pursuits, we will help you to get the most out of the area.
