The menu is seasonally driven and fresh, organic produce from the area features in every dish. Inspired by rustic Spanish cuisine, Chef Stefan Crites brings a new interpretation to Andalucian fare with daily changing specials. Vegetarians and vegans are well catered for, packed lunches can be provided and a selection of hot and cold tapas and home made baked treats are available throughout the day.
Each of the four well appointed rooms has a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. There are two queen size rooms and two twin rooms each with bathrooms designed in local Ronda stone with jungle showers and natural artisan made bath products.
There is internet connection and flat screen televisions (with channels in various languages) in each room and wifi in the bar downstairs. A small sun terrace just for hotel guests makes a relaxing place to read or chill out and enjoy a drink at sunset.
