We can offer you a fully catered week's stay in a traditional Mongolian yurt. We live off-grid, using both solar and hydro generated electricity, and solar hot water in the summer months. The yurt is adjoining a covered outdoor dining area and basic kitchen, with sink, food preparation area and small fridge. The yurt has it's own private shower and compost toilet. The yurt and outdoor area also has electric lighting and a power supply for charging laptops and mobile phones.

We are surrounded by forest and only 1km from the Zezere reservoir for swimming. We are also close to many of the local river beaches and historic villages of central Portugal.

The yurt has a queen size bed and sofa which converts to a single bed. We can also provide another single mattress should you require.

We prepare meals as much as possible from our vege garden, where all the food is grown without the use of artificial fertilizers and chemicals. If you choose to stay on a B&B basis, we can sell you a basket of veg from our garden subject to availability.

Fiona is a qualified yoga teacher, and can offer singles classes, a week of classes, children's classes and customised classes for your level of experience or requirements.
